Please Note: When you submit your online registration you will be contacted within 24-48 hours by our staff member. In the follow up email you will be asked to submit your paper( abstract) and a short bio. If your paper is accepted, the registration fees must be paid in USD by: November 17, 2007.

The registration fees include:

	Participation in all sessions
	Conference materials (CD-ROM of all presenting materials)
	Publishing on http://www.g-casa.com

CONDITIONS

Early registration will be confirmed if the Registration Form and the payment are received on or before November 17, 2007.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

If your completed Registration Form and payment or proof of payment is received by the http://www.g-casa.com, before November 17, 2007, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by fax or e-mail. Registration Forms received after November 29, 2007 will not be handled and confirmed. The participant must register on-site in Bangkok.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS, NAME CHANGES

CASA must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

	Cancellations before November 17, 2007 -> full refund of the registration fee less a handling fee of 50 USD
	Cancellations after November 29, 2007 -> no refund

G-CASA reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 USD at any name change of the registration.

Registration fees must be paid in USD by: November 17, 2007
Check, Money Order, payable to CASA. If you wish to pay by Credit card, please specify it in your email, and our staff member will email you a Credit Card form.
