CONDITIONS

Early registration will be confirmed if the Registration Form and the payment are received by http://www.g-casa.com, on or before April 17, 2007.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

If your completed Registration Form and payment or proof of payment is received by the http://www.g-casa.com, before June 1, 2007, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by fax or e-mail. Registration Forms received after June 1, 2007 will not be handled and confirmed. The participant must register on-site in Prague.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS, NAME CHANGES

G-CASA must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

	Cancellations before May 15, 2007 -> full refund of the registration fee less a handling fee of 50 USD
	Cancellations after May 15, 2007 -> no refun

G-CASA reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 USD at any name change of the registration.
